First Tuesday of every month from 3 pm - 9 pm. Other professional face painters and I meet in Montclair to practice our craft. Great free event to bring your youth group to for a field trip. (If you eat, you do need to pay for your meal). We meet at Panda Garden Restaurant, in the Target Shopping Center, next to where Circuit City used to be. At this event we can take our time and do some AMAZING work.
